"Honey Bun" - Foster to Adopt

Honey Bun was transferred from Miami Dade Animal Services with a severe case of Demodex mange, along with a secondary infection and malnutrition. She is truly a survivor - one of a lucky few Pit Bulls that make it out of MDAS alive (Pits are banned in Miami), she is now fighting through this horrendous case of mange.

However, the worst of her story is over - she has put on weight, is healthy, and was able to fight off the secondary infection. Now, she is going through Demodex treatment, so her hair is a little patchy. But, in time, it will all grow back and she'll look like a normal dog.
